    For the sandwich

    • 1 round Italian bread, about 25 cm in diameter
    • Olive oil, for brushing
    • 3 slices of mortadella
    • 3 slices of turkey breast
    • 6 slices of capicola
    • 3 slices of Gruyère cheese
    • 2 slices of smoked gouda
