    • 180 ml (3/4 cup) tapioca starch
    • 300 ml (1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
    • 20 ml (1 1/3 tbsp) sugar
    • 6 ml (1 1/4 tsp) baking powder
    • 5 ml (1 tsp) curry powder
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 200 ml (just under 1 cup) pineapple juice
    • 140 ml (slightly less than 2/3 cup) cold water
    • 650 g (1 7/16 lb) pork steaks, thinly sliced
    • 20 ml (1 1/3 tbsp) black or white sesame seeds
