Ingredients

  • 450 g firm tofu squeezed dry and grated
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 6 ml smoked paprika
  • 6 ml ground cumin
  • 3 ml chipotle powder optional
  • 25 ml vegetable oil
  • 100 ml ketchup
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 3 ml smoked paprika
  • 3 ml ground cumin
  • 12 brioche slider buns halved and warmed
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber sliced thin
  • 25 g loosely packed cilantro leaves

About the ingredients

Method

    3. 7 Divide tofu evenly over bottom halves of buns.

    Common questions

    Can I use soft tofu instead?
